The tender for the procurement of road lighting fixtures in the Tianjin Binhai High-tech Zone started in May 2009. Xiamen Xinda Photoelectric Co., Ltd. became the first candidate. The winning products were: Cinda Optoelectronics 150W LED Street Light 218盞, 120W LED Street Light 436盞. In 2009, it signed a contract with the owner Tianjin Binhai High-tech Industrial Development Zone Infrastructure Office. At present, all street lamps have been installed and have been in good condition so far, in line with national road traffic lighting standards.
